MG Hector Plus Summary
MG Motor India expanded the Hector range with the six-seat and seven-seat Hector Plus. The three-row SUV is offered in five trims that include Style, Super, Smart, Sharp, and Select. Customers can choose from six colours including Candy White, Glaze Red, Starry Black, Burgundy Red, Aurora Silver and Starry Sky Blue.
Feature wise, the MG Hector Plus comes loaded with a chrome front grille, 360-degree camera, six airbags, electric parking brake, powered tail-gate with smart-swipe function, 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, captain seats for the second row with slide and recline function, eight colour ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and respond to over 35 Hinglish voice commands, four-way power adjustable front passenger seat and six-way power adjustable driver seat.
The model gets equipped with over 60 connected car features with newly added features like the i-SMART app on Apple watch, voice search for songs in Gaana app, Wi-Fi connectivity, weather forecast by Accuweather, and more.

MG Hector Plus is available with three powertrain options: 1.5 liter turbocharged petrol engine, 1.5 liter turbocharged petrol engine with hybrid system and 2.0 liter diesel engine. The petrol engine produces 141 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, while the diesel engine produces 168 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine is paired with DCT and CVT units, while the petrol hybrid engine and diesel grinder are only offered with a 6-speed shift unit.
